The Canadian Brewhouse (Calgary Harvest Hills): A Culinary Haven in Calgary

We sat outside and had a great view. We enjoyed our lunch. The fish and chips were very tasty and crisp. Our server was extremely friendly and gave us various suggestions on places to visit while we were in town.

We ordered in and was not disappointed. Food was delivered within 45 minutes and arrived nice and hot. Rocky mountain chicken sandwich with a garden salad and a Hawaiian pizza. As we spent $30 we received a free poutine. Great portions and amazing taste.

On a last minute whim we stumbled upon this location out running some errands. With no plans to actually go dine in; although hungry, we decided to go in and place an order to go. This location was so inviting. Brittany was the bartender who was so friendly and outgoing. From the moment we entered the establishment until the very end she was great. Offered suggestions on what to order and what holds well in taking it to go, she had us laughing at the bar top and serving drinks while we waited for our order. The patrons also that evening were super friendly and we made new friends. It felt very easy going. The place was clean, drinks were fast, and the food was not a long wait. When we got home all the food was still hot and the portion sizing was great! Definitely will return to have an in person dining experience. Brittany is a wonderful asset to your establishment. Definitely knows her customers, able to read the room, knowledgeable of menu items and drink options. Aside from her personality which is super contagious we will be back to visit her again and have another awesome night, albeit ours was short as we took it to go!

Went here for Wing Wednesdays and I got the boneless lemon pepper and hot wings. Maybe I overestimated myself but I could not finish the food and had to give it to my friend to finish! Would definitely consider the cauliflower wings next time though cause my friend ordered them and they looked soooo good ! Also beer menu was great!

Had a great evening this location! Food was tasty and service fantastic! We were with a small group for my birthday and my dad was visiting from Europe. His English isn't the greatest so he was having a hard time keeping up with the conversations in our group, I looked over at him and asked if he was doing ok and he smiled and told me that he was just really enjoying watching the bar tender in amazement as he is not used to someone making so many drinks at once. When leaving, my dad mentioned that he truly enjoyed his evening although he can often be a picky eater, he LOVED his food! Great experience ! Thank you Brewhouse!

I liked it. It is a very pleasant place to share with friends. Even though the waitress made a mistake with my plate, I accepted it because it was one of my options. I recommend the pizza. Next time I'll make sure they take my order correctly.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a comfortable table. I opted for the Salt and Pepper Wings, which were crispy and flavorful, a definite highlight of the meal. However, the experience wasn't without its challenges. The food quality was inconsistent; while some dishes were enjoyable, others fell short of expectations. Additionally, the service was a bit slow during peak hours, which impacted the overall dining experience. Despite these drawbacks, the lively ambiance and the variety of menu options make it a decent choice for casual dining, especially for sports enthusiasts.

Be aware of the false advertising of these guys' beer. While in this establishment we purchased a tankard of beer. The waitress told us it was 22oz, so we bought them, then we looked on the menu and it said they were actually only 17.9oz, so we inquired with her about the discrepancy and she assured us they were 22oz. She said that her manager told her that and he "wouldn't just lie about that". I emailed the company using this locations contact form on their website and asked about this issue but never received a response (it's been over a month now). Also, pay attention to their beer sizes in general. They're using words like "steins", "mugs", "tankards" and "jugs" insinuating that these are large beverages you're getting but when you look at the menu, they're very small amounts of liquid in them. Their "stein" is less than a single can of beer, even though they're charging $7.99 for some.
